A chance to give back to the community and repay the Parade for the years he sat as a youngster starry eyed watching the magical floats roll by. 2012 marks Ross' 20th Parade as a Celebrity Clown and he remains as excited about the Parade as when he first saw it at age 5.
Ross' employment history is comprised of large international companies and Canadian entities that needed his management, reinsurance, technology, marketing or risk selection skills. A native of Toronto, Vincenza has been a Celebrity Clown for 11 years (1999 - 2009) and counting. While 11 years as a clown is a long time, what is more amazing is the fact that Vincenza lives in the San Francisco area and travels back to Toronto every year for the Parade.
Prior to moving to California in 1997, Vincenza had worked for Bell Canada, CBC and Foote, Cone & Belding before settling down to raise a family. Vincenza is married and has two children. Her son, Christopher, is a retoucher in San Francisco and her daughter, Sydney, is at college in Boston.
While the song says, "I left my heart in San Francisco", Vincenza's heart is clearly in Toronto and we're happy to have her back every November for the Parade.
